All evictions done by the firm are done within a maximum period of 3 (three) months, from date of inception of the eviction instructionto date of eviction order granting our client the right to evict the unlawful tenants. Nhlapo Mokhosi Inc executes evictions from both, the High Court and Magistrates Court, ensuring flexibility and choice for our clients where possible. The costs of conducting evictions are keptat a minimum without compromising delivery and favourable results to our clients.
Nhlapo Mokhosi Inc ensures compliance with all legislative requirements, including the PIE Act, whenever instructed to carry out an eviction application either at the High Court or Magistrates Court.
